5LOVE IT!!! Better than the 55" Samsung LCD
By Nosferatu524
First off...I have no gripes with the Samsung 55" LN55B6xx series screens (2009 models) but it's the newer ones the C630, etc. (2010) I've gotten 4 people to buy the LN55B6xx models and loved them so I figured it's my turn to upgrade to this. I originally got the Samsung LN55C630 and a few things I don't like about it compared to this LG are the following. #1 - input lag. If you don't know what this is search it on wikipedia. Basically this LG has very minimal lag. It's a fast panel with equal color reproduction as the Samsung. #2 - frame interpolation (the smooth thing on the 120Hz+ panels) is much more natural on the LG (whereas the Samsung looks fake). Both TVs offer customization for it in Blur and Jitter correction. I use the TV for HD content off a home theater PC, DirecTV, and Xbox360 action. I found both TV's give issues with videos looking "jerky" with the frame interpolation turned on unlike my old 60Hz TV but simply dropping the PC's refresh rate to 24Hz (film is shot 23.976) made the 5:5 pull up perfect! The dealbreaker which makes the LG work is for gaming. The Samsung flat out you CANNOT play games on it with the input lag being so terrible. The Samsung was around 130-160 ms in lag whereas for me the LG is around the 50-65 ms range. Much more tolerable! Oh and this one's cheaper!Your best bet is to go and look at a TV before you buy it (along with reading reviews). I walked into the store (Best Buy) with my laptop and an HDMI cable in hand and started playing with all their big panels. This is the best one for the money. I took a chance on this one being there's really no reviews on this new model but I can't regret it one bit.BUY BUY BUY!!!

5Best TV
By I Love HIP HOP
I purchased this tv from Best Buy for 1299, and I must say it was worth every penny. The true motion feature is awesome. While watching Law and Order it looks like I standing right there on set, I have never seen a TV display such with such a crisp picture. I almost purchased a 58" samsung plasma, but after reading some reveiws I quickly changed my mind. If your in the market to purchase a tv, this is the one to purchase.

5Great TV for the price
By ADobbs
Just purchased this TV from Amazon (just over $1,400) with free shipping and NO TAX. Best Buy had it for the same price, but I liked the fact that I was able to save $70 in tax, and pay for this TV over a 2 year (24 interet free financing) period if I wanted. Just set it up tonight, and am watching the Boise St. versus Va Tech game. TV looks great combined with an HD signal. I have FIOS, and the picture quality is awesome. I didn't find a whole lot of reviews on this TV, so I wanted to add to the short list. This isn't a top of the line TV, nor is it a bottom of the market TV. I bought the Sanus tilting wall mount that holds up to 56 inch TV's, and it holds with no problems. I just saw that the 240 Hz model is only $150 more now, but hey, that kind of stuff happens all the time with electronics. I am very happy with my purchase so far.
